Baylor Scott and White Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in Texas, is an integrated delivery network with over 52,000 employees, 7,100 physicians, and 12 million professional encounters annually. In his role, Brian is responsible for the strategy and performance of a 192-bed level II trauma center. He serves as the executive leader of pharmacy, laboratory services, radiology, respiratory therapy, engineering, police and security, environmental services, food and nutrition, safety and emergency management, and business development.
Brian began his career at Baylor Scott and White Health in 2012 as the safety and emergency management coordinator. Throughout his tenure, Brian has held multiple leadership roles including director of hospital operations and regional director of safety and emergency management.
Brian earned his bachelor’s and master’s of science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, before receiving his MBA from WGU. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a graduate of Leadership McKinney, class of 2021. Brian serves on the board of managers for USPI Sherman, a joint venture between Baylor Scott and White Health and United Surgical Partners.
