Yunie Elder is the President and Senior Property Tax Consultant of FAIRTAX GROUP, Property Tax Consultants, LLC. Yunie specializes in representing Commercial, Business Personal Property, and Residential Property owners in helping them reduce their property taxes nationwide. Yunie has been reducing property taxes for the past 15 years.
Last year, Yunie saved her clients over $1.8 million in tax savings. She has represented over 12,500 properties in the past 15 years. In her past role, she was a Commercial and Residential Real Estate agent, bringing in a property valuation and transactional perspective to FAIRTAX GROUP.

Go to “mckinneysunriserotary.org”
Log on as a member – if you don’t have a log in, create one.
Once on as a member, look to the left side of the home page and see “Pay Club Dues”. Click here.
Select Quarterly Type Dues for either Sunrise or Sunset – you can also select the optional RI Foundation payment of $37.50.
Follow your nose and the instructions. It will take you to either PayPal or Credit Card payment.
If you need to pay more (or less) than the set amounts, go to “Other Payment” and enter the details when you “continue”

Change of Meeting Place: Going forward, McKinney Sunset Rotary Club will hold the First Thursday Sunset Rotary Club meetings, 5:30 – 6:30 PM in the Conference Room at the Yeager Building, 6401 Eldorado Parkway, (Ridge Road and Eldorado Parkway) south of the CVS Pharmacy.
