Bryan Gammon
Community Engagement Coordinator
Heifer International
Bryan officially joined Heifer International in July 2012 as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Dallas area, but he has been a supporter of the organization’s work for many years through local schools and the United Methodist church. Currently, Bryan engages businesses, congregations, schools, and other community groups in the Dallas-Fort Worth with the mission and work of Heifer International.
Before his appointment as the Community Engagement Coordinator, he worked in Heifer International’s finance department ensuring that donations reached the correct project partner. Born and raised in Conway, Arkansas, he studied at the University of Arkansas, where he earned a degree in Finance. He lives in Garland, TX, with his wife, Leah, and dog, Dickson. He enjoys golfing, hiking, hunting, fishing, reading, eating Tex-Mex, and painfully watching Cowboys and Razorback football.
Heifer International is celebrating 75 years of working with communities in underserved areas around the globe to end world hunger, poverty and to care for the Earth. A donation to Heifer International will assist families to become economically sustainable by providing livestock to raise and crops to cultivate to feed their families. The livestock and crops will also enable families to sell some of their products for cash to pay for goods and services to raise their standard of living. Think about what a pair of goats, a flock of chickens, or a bag of seeds can do to help a family in need!
